Position:
Senior Forensics Computer Examiner
Minimum Required Skills: Senior Forensics Computer Examiner, computer hardwares, Windows OS, Encase, FTK, Paraben, Helix, Logicube, Robocopy
- conduct forensic analysis and e-discovery investigations
- attend on sites to collect data
- have extensive client contact
- testify as an expert witness if necessary
- provide detailed reports; write affidavits;
- attend depositions

- strong "hands on" experience with computer hardware: laptops, desktops (including Macs), servers, networks, PDAs and cell phones
- 3+ years of computer forensics experience in an investigative capacity
- full understanding of chain of custody, federal search & seizure guidelines, and data collection
- excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- ability to explain technical issues to clients, attorneys, juries, lay people
- experience working in the legal universe: litigation, affidavit prep, communicating with attorneys
- experience in the following: DOS, Windows (all versions), UNIX, MS-SQL, MS-Access, MS-Exchange, Lotus Notes
- experience in: EnCase, Paraben, Logicube, Robocopy, FTK, Helix
- experience with Eudora, Mozilla, Thunderbird is a big plus
- EnCE certification is a big plus
- knowledge of Novell Netware is a big plus

Position:
Litigation Support / E-Discovery Sales
seeking an experienced legal technology/litigation support sales professional to focus on developing new business opportunities and relationships within the government. This person will have a sound technical understanding of the electronic discovery marketplace and the full service offerings of litigation support, including: Data collection, posting, file conversions, record management, and e-discovery processing & review.
In this role, you will initiate and manage direct sales efforts with government organizations to increase revenue and build strong customer relationships. You will be generating leads from cold calling, networking, and out-bound marketing programs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience preferably selling legal technology services/software to government organizations
- 3+ years working in the electronic discovery, computer forensics and litigation support arena
- Strong presentation skills including the ability to perform software demonstrations
- Strong follow-up and deal closing skills
- Bachelor's degree, JD desirable, but not necessary
